At 4,000 SF, Workable City signed a long-term commercial tenant for the ground floor and converted the full floor apartment from a 2-Bedroom to a 3-Bedroom with office in the Bay Ridge Market. Workable City sold the asset in 2017 for $3.1M, approximately $775 PSF.
